Meanwhile, two House committees have subpoaenaed pro baseball players to testify about steroids later this week. Some are fighting the subpoenas.

Combining the two themes, it amused me to make Cheney buff -- juiced on roids to muscle through Bush's privatization plan. After all, he is a strong force, just not a physical one.
