Notes: In his victory speech, George W. Bush proclaimed Karl Rove the architect of his win. Does this mean the "Boy Genius" -- as Bush calls him -- has become simply genius. How big has Rove's head grown since the victory? Very big, I suspect, and with cause in the field of political consulting. A classic Rove strategy is to energize his candidate's base with the belief that they will turn out to vote. He certainly pulled this off better than Democrats did.
